Usability blew: The usability blues
Friday, June 13th, 2003 (5 years, 4 months ago)I think the De Anza College website is the worst website that I’ve ever had the misfortune of needing information from.
One of the most annoying things is that their staff directory is a bitch to use (for lack of a better phrase). I search this guy’s name and it says there’s 0 results. Then, I try to search his last name only and I find out that their system lists people with their last name first.
So if you typed John ThisSystemSucks, it wouldn’t list any results, only ThisSystemSucks John would work. And there’s no comma, so it’s just tough luck if a name like RON FUCKINGMO gets flipped around.
