Usability whining

Sunday, March 28th, 2004 (4 years, 7 months ago)

I stumbled on a website for a design company that boasts an impressive client list and offers services such as usability evaluations, usability testing, design, etc.

Later, I tried to visit their website again by typing their address in my browser. I didn’t include the “www.” in the beginning because I’m lazy and I’ll take any shortcuts I can get. I’m presented with a nice “Site Not Found” page.

Being the super detective that I am, I figured out that their website doesn’t load unless you include the “www.” in the beginning. I found that kind of annoying and a bit weird that a usability consultant company would make their website so… not usable.

What’s my point? My point is give me your money, I just bought a 160Gb hard drive.
